Consultation Charges & Refund Policy

  1. Consultation Charges
  • All consultations offered by Tradeforte Consultancy Services are chargeable and must be paid in advance at the time of booking.
  • The consultation fee covers the time, expertise, and professional advice provided during the session — whether conducted online, via call, or in person.
  • Consultation rates are displayed on our website or communicated through official Tradeforte channels.
  1. Payment Options
  • Payment for consultations must be made securely through the payment gateway integrated on our website.
  • All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels to ensure data and payment safety.
  • Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation along with your consultation booking details.
  • All payments are accepted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes and charges.
  1. Booking Confirmation
  • Consultation slots are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.
  • Appointment timing will be finalized based on consultant availability and communicated through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  1. Refund Policy
  • Consultation charges are non-refundable, as each slot is reserved exclusively for the client once booked.
  • However, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
    • The consultation was cancelled by Tradeforte Consultancy Services due to unavoidable reasons.
    • A technical issue or scheduling error from our end prevented the consultation from taking place.
    • A refund request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, subject to administrative deductions.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  1. Rescheduling Policy
  • Clients may request to reschedule their consultation by giving at least 24 hours’ prior notice.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated and may attract a rebooking fee.
  • Only one rescheduling is permitted per booking. Additional changes will require a new consultation booking.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • If a client fails to attend the consultation without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show, and the consultation fee will be forfeited.
  • No refund or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
  1. Consultation Scope
  • The consultations provided by Tradeforte Consultancy Services are advisory in nature, based on the details shared by the client.
  • Tradeforte shall not be responsible for any business, operational, or financial decisions or outcomes arising from the advice given during consultations.
  1. Policy Updates
  • Tradeforte Consultancy Services reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The most recent version of this policy will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
