2. Our Services

Tradeforte provides consultancy and professional training in International Trade, Banking, Documentation, Compliance, and Remittances. Each service is subject to its own scope, pricing, and agreement as communicated with clients before engagement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are required to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for service execution.

• Comply with all applicable laws and trade regulations.

• Cooperate fully with our consultants and training staff.

Failure to do so may result in service delays, additional charges, or termination of the agreement.

4. Payments & Refunds

• All service fees will be communicated in advance through official quotations or agreements.

• Payments must be made by the due date mentioned in the invoice.

• Once a service has commenced, fees are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at our discretion.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information. Tradeforte will not disclose client data to third parties unless required by law or with written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, training content, and resources provided by Tradeforte remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver accurate and reliable consultancy and training, Tradeforte is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement by providing written notice in the event of a material breach that remains uncorrected within 30 days. All dues up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Assam, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
